On 350 square meters its a stylish oasis and well-developed, there can be up to 9 people away from it all. You have the opportunity to relax in either in the big and heated saltwater pool with separate baby pool or on the spacious terrace with sun loungers and BBQ. This typical Portuguese country house has the unique concept of two separate living areas each with two fully equipped kitchens and two comfortable lounges with satellite TV and air conditioning its ideal for a vacation with a large family or two families or friends. Thus, the patio, around which the U-shaped house is built, makes a popular meeting place for hours together and cozy barbecues.

Quinta da Graça is superbly equipped to make your stay as pleasant as possible. It has five distinctive bedrooms, all equipped with fans and three modern bathrooms with walk-in shower and a separarte guest toilet. On the 1200sqm big natural plot with olive trees and many fruit trees you will find a lot of shady places for your relaxation and enough parking space.

Quinta da Graça is only 5 minutes drive from the more than beautiful Marinha beach with its bizarre cliffs, or you get to the bustling center of Carvoeiro with its many restaurants, bars and various shops in the same time. For those who like to play golf, Gramacho, Pinta, and Vale de Milho are all nearby.
