Casa Lopes is a cosy, single-storey cottage with private, kidney-form pool. It is located in a well-kept and quiet residential complex and is ideal for a successful golf and family holiday. The town house has 3 bedrooms and is well equipped for 4 adults and 2 children. It has 2 modern bathrooms and a fully equipped built-in kitchen with all appliances, also washing machine and dishwasher. From the elegant dining room and from the comfortable living room with fireplace, A/C and SAT- TV you have access to the terrace and pool area with an outdoor shower and BBQ.

 

There are palm trees and tropical plants in the well-kept garden. The property is surrounded by high bushes that keep people from looking in. An outdoor staircase leads to the large roof terrace with stunning views of the Atlantic. The nearby golf course, Vale de Milho , the closet Praia de Centianes, and Internet shops, supermarkets, restaurants, bars can be reached comfortably in 10 minutes on foot. It is about 4 km to the city centre, also a bus service is available.

From November 1st to March 31th, the weekly rental price is € 700. With a rental duration of 4 weeks or longer, from € 1000 a month + energy costs.
